“…due to the Terms & Conditions, it does state our strict no refund policy, due to the content on the website.
It’s clearly stated on the website, more than once and in the welcome email that if the 1.00 trial was not cancelled within the trial period it will upgrade to full access.”
& Voilà, she got the cancellation done & explained that the access for the month remains, as it’s already been automatically charged anyhow, whilst the monthly subscription is halted henceforth.
Oversight done, but monthly subsciption problem solved.

LikeDislikeI had a problem finding anything on my account so I decided to use mbi-probiller chat. I was connected to Elizabeth (1026) who was very understanding of my problem. I needed to cancel a bundle I had on my account without canceling my membership altogether. She was quick and very thorough. I would absolutely ask for her again if I have an issue. She was very attentive to what I was asking for and had no problem taking care of the issue (with some questions asked like why I was getting rid of it, which is necessary in customer service). She is amazing though. Don’t let her go! Fantastic Service.

LikeDislikeMy first contact to support indicated there was no record of my transaction. After all of the charges posted to my account I contacted support again. At first, they were unwilling to reverse the charge and cancel the account for me. I provided proof of my attempt to cancel prior to being charged and they sent me an email to confirm that the account is cancelled.
Just waiting to see if it really does get refunded.
All of this happened because I put a typo in my email address. It surprises me the first agent didn’t notice this but the second agent did easily.

I see you called on Saturday and noticed that a refund was initiated. Depending on your bank, it’ll take 2 to 5 business days before you’ll see it back in your account.

LikeDislikeCancelled a subscription via instant chat. Agent by the name of Omar was pushy and demanded to know the reason for cancellation.
A simple “I do not wish to renew the subscription” was not enough. However stand your ground and reiterate this and they’ll cancel it for you. They’ll try to offer cheaper deals. But again just decline them and you’re good for cancellation. You can also revoke Continuous Payment Authority on your card with your bank directly (In the UK).

I know of other sites where they actually let you in other sites without having to pay a membership fee each time. but I guess that’s where you need a high power telescope to read fine print. will not be spending anymore cash here.

LikeDislikeI tried with a gift card that had balance of 2 dollar, I could have left my account active and let them try auto renew and fail due to no balance. But I tried to test their billing service via chat, every chat message had a two minute response time, it took 14 minutes to cancel my auto renewal, not bad. They may try to make you stay there, if you answer no to all those questions/offers, they will cancel your membership with no hassale.

LikeDislikeHi, I just wanted to comment that I probiller was extremely helpful. I chatted with a nice young man named Louis who helped me get everything sorted out very quickly. I was charged $35 for a subscription that my ex-boyfriend used my credit card for and when they attempted to bill me, my card was declined. Luckily, Louis removed the subscription and made sure they would not attempt to bill me again. I have to say, I came in to the chat in a very bad mood- using all caps and not the nicest of language. But, Louis remained calm and helped me tremendously even when I was a pretty rude customer. If you need something done efficiently, I would recommend asking for Louis.

I was annoyed that there was no portal through the website or e-mail to cancel the membership renewal, but Probiller support was helpful, though I should not have needed to contact them in the first place as this should be an online implemented feature. LikeDislikeI contacted them via facebook (www.facebook.com/probiller if anyone wants to know) and I got a response pretty fast. The guy that helped me out was super cool and handled everything well. If only all companies were like Probiller and had excellent customer service.
